    A fantastic stay with helpful staff who go above and beyond, just like linda did for our last-minute changes

    Really good breakfast with extensive options. Linda was a good host, providing generous recommendations. The ambiance was beautiful and added a special charm to our trip.

    The hotel is wonderful and quiet in general. The venue's location is marvellous and the staff are super friendly and helpful. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of the city.

    Conveniently located close to major attractions, my family enjoyed a lovely three-night stay.     Good location, quite close to a distinguished monument. Also - just off the train station on the one side, the Cathedral of Santa-Maria-Del-Fiore 2 minutes walk, and shops. Gorgeous building and rooms with minimalist decoration😀

    Staff treated us like family.

    My experience was marred by several inconveniences . Initially, I found the check-in process confusing, as there was no designated reception area. The lack of prompt replenishment for essentials such as toilet paper was also frustrating and detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.

    The room was a good size and nicely decorated. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the hotel's location was fantastic, right next to shops, the train station, and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Del Fiore. It was easy to find and away from the hustle and bustle.
